July 1997: degree in Physics  from the "Università La Sapienza" of Rome (110/110) having as tutor my great friend Gianni Jona-Lasinio

January 2002: Phd in Physics from the Pavia's University 

December 2004 - January 2006: post-doc position at the "International Center for Mathematical Modeling in Physics and Cognitive Sciences" of Växjö
